I had an absolute blast even though it was an up and back trip. Ron and Brandy opened their beautiful home to all of us, and did a fantastic thanksgiving dinner to boot, after finally getting some rest I had an awesome breakfast and went over to DJ's like I had planned the night before. He has the best system of gaming and entertainment in the basement, seriously could charge admission. I did a quick tour of the stomping grounds, my picadilly factory closed, fat jacks is under new ownership and I just plain wasn't hungry after eating all the great food offered at DJ's and Ron and Brandy's to even think about the best shake ever at the Malt shop or Rogers Dairy Freeze bishop malt, and without the picadilly, wheelers hamburgers are just good, not great. So with lunch out of the way I cruised out to the places I knew best, only to wish I would have never gone. Sanpete is extremely beautiful, but not all of it. I missed some of the old timey stuff and was surprised at how up to date some of the places are, I mean seeing a hughs net dish mounted directly to a brick wall constructed in the 'teens is kinda ironic to me. I wish I had more time for all the family and friends in Utah, but without making any real plans i just kinda went around to as many locations as possible and tried to stay awake. Thank you, all.
